Xavier founded Lullius in 2022 to provide highly specialised advice in Spanish tax law, private wealth and tax litigation.
He has more than a decade of experience at leading firms including Cuatrecasas, Baker McKenzie and PwC. His practice encompasses complex tax proceedings and strategic advice for high-net-worth individuals, family businesses and international companies.
Xavier has advised and defended clients before the Spanish Tax Administration, the economic-administrative tribunals, the High Courts of Justice, the National Court and the Supreme Court.
He holds a law degree from the University of the Balearic Islands, postgraduate qualifications in tax consultancy and tax procedure, and has completed executive programmes in Private Wealth at Chicago Booth and Global Taxation at IE Law School.
He speaks Catalan, Spanish and English.
